Ever wondered what it’s like trying the oldest lumberjack sport in the world?
As soon as you enter Axeology you’ll be welcomed by the smell of pine and apples. After checking in, one of our lumberjack instructors will show you to your lane where you will be given a safety brief and a demo of throws. Then it’s your turn. Your heart will start racing whilst holding the axe for the first time but after 10 minutes or so you’ll be ready for the competition and that’s when the games begin! Play the round of 10 and blackjack, they’re awesome! If that’s not enough and you grow for a harder challenge then ask for an apple. This is the apple smash challenge! An apple is put on the bullseye (and killer shot spots) waiting for you to smash it with the axe. We always leave it towards the end as it gets quite messy and sometimes a bit of clean up is involved.
